This project included a complete four pipe heating and cooling plant, mainly required to support significant dehumidification requirements. Custom IVU BAS controls were provided for heating and cooling plants, ventilation and dehumidification programs, lighting integration, and all other ventilation and plumbing requirements for supporting spaces. Plumbing, piping, and HVAC was provided for the building, shell offices, and all process and ancillary spaces.
