The existing Transylvania Club was renovated to accommodate medical tenants. The existing boiler system was modified for existing heating. Packaged rooftop HVAC units serve a VVT distribution. Plumbing was provided for all washrooms and all individual medical suites. Storm and sanitary underground was replaced. A Dectron dehumidifier conditions the basement.
