Completed full mechanical installation for Hygate Retirement Living, an 8-storey retirement home. This included all plumbing systems for residential units and common areas including commercial kitchen, hydronic heating distribution to all levels from boiler plant, chilled water distribution to all levels from chiller plant, natural gas distribution, HVAC for all suites and common areas, commercial kitchen HVAC, Carrier controls BAS installation.
